Clinics We Offer
NHS Health Checks
The NHS Health Check is a health check-up for adults in England aged 40 to 74. It's designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing one of these conditions. An NHS Health Check helps find ways to lower this risk.

We believe strongly in health promotion.
The practice nurses are trained in health promotion and will be happy to offer you advice. They will concentrate on blood pressure, diet, weight, smoking, alcohol consumption, exercise and healthy living.
Stop Smoking Services
We can give individual advice on giving up smoking or provide you with details of group services that are available in the area.
Our practice nurses lead the service and can be seen anytime during their normal clinics. Please speak to a receptionist to arrange an appointment or ask for a "Quit whilst you are ahead" leaflet.

Diabetes
Our nurse run service aims to give people living with diabetes the information needed to manage their condition.
We encourage people to attend for regular reviews when routine testing and checks will be carried out.
Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
In order to keep your asthma or COPD under the best possible control, we encourage all patients to attend for regular reviews with our respiratory trained nurses.
